  He told me, "Your case is too complicated, sorry I can't help" and sent me on my way. All Dr. Horn cares about is money, and getting patients in and out of the office. He doesn't accept insurance, charges $300 1st visit and more than $100 each visit after that.
  
  I have a complicated medical history (Lyme Disease, addiction, Chronic Pain, 8 herniated discs), and Dr. Arthur Horn is apparently an expert in both addiction and pain, so I thought he would be the perfect fit. My pain is so bad, that I cannot sit in a chair, have to work from home in my bed, cannot engage in ANY physical activity (including sex), bring my own reclining chair with me to the movie theatres, can only go out to dine at places with bars (so I can stand), and cannot drive (I have a mattress in the back of a minivan while my girlfriend drives the car). Suffice to say my life is very, very frustrating and sad.
  
  I brought my own chair to Dr. Horns office and waited for over an hour to see him. When I finally saw him, I handed him my many records, explained my situation, and he told me "my case was too complicated". I pleaded with him to take the time to get to understand my case and that I was desperate for pain relief. He still refused to treat me. I told him that he was a coward for not treating me, and left. I was devastated.
